For some reason when I turned on my Freelancer today and wanted to get in-game, after I got to the server loading part, it says "Connecting to global server" and no servers load no matter how long I wait or how much I refresh.
I did use the Disco Launcher and the "Hide Unofficial Servers" is turned off. Also, I tried clicking on both Internet and Lan and it didn't change a thing. My connection is fine as I can do anything else like opening pages on my browser or talking on skype. Suggestions?

Disabled antivirus and it works now. Thank you Jack.
Even though I fail to see how did this happen so suddenly, over the night because I didn't change anything on my computer. Oh well.
Your antivir updated.
And it attacks some FL inis now.
That keeps it from launching.
There are ways to put an exception in there, but I do not know which files.
There is a large thread here that deals with it, though, somewhere.
