What I want you to do once the server is up and running today

Just log in.
Even if the server pop is low at the time, just log in and start doing something.

Make an event, do a convoy - do something.
Due to the downtime a lot of players won't be present to fill up the server and seeing the low population naturally discourages people from logging. It is a negative feedback loop that you can help lessen with your presence.

It is obvious that we will need a bit of time to recover to our normal activity after this downtime, even moreso with FO4 and Battlefront already here.

Perhaps the administrator team can make us a small event for this evening, if everything checks out and the server is unpassworded by that time.

the best thing to do would be to announce when the server will be going back up, as in even if its fixed not to put it up right away. wait and tell people it will be up at X time, so the server coming back up is in itself an event.

Dunno. Maybe some official storyline events? I bet that after server recovering everything will be as was before. I mean - nothing special will happen. Admins just don't care about players' fun receiving, this is a cruel true. And i don't see any positive stuff in our situation, because it's the way to disco's death. You all can consider me as pessimist, but you can't reject the true - Disco is about to die.
