Originaly I planned this to be a suggestion for Angels to be, but they aren't very interested. So I thought why not create such thing anyway.
Basically the idea is to create a Freelancer group, based around either BW shipline, or Generic Civilian Shipline (must be, I don't want to look at the mess of ships). A group that would be into all sort of activites across all sirius. For example, I thought about playing in Kusari and Rheinland (perhaps Gallia as well) as sort of lawful hired help of all sorts, fighters, transporting stuff (basically trading), mercenary, etc. In Liberty - quasi lawful activities, aka the same transporting, but sometimes smugling. In Bretonia - full unlawful activities, probably under sponsorship of Corsairs, as I initialy planned, but that's up for debate and beyond the point at the moment.
The question is, would there be any four more individuals to help me develop and give a kickstart for such group?
There is no need for a faction on them, because if so they would get butteffed by lawful imposed sanctions like any other quasi lawful faction.

Why not? Group of freelancers is an imposible thing or something? Well, probably a bad choise of words on my behalf, but I didn't mean to unite all the freelancers under one flag and all this crazy stuff. Just a group that does this or that.
So you are talking about something like a 'don't care, do anything for money - lawful to unlawful' organized faction thing? So actually just casual freelancers business.
Got it right?
Could be a nice thing, so any kind of faction needs a pilot for whatever and just ask for, that group could send required pilots and ships.
On the other hand, prepare for having much diplomacy things with any kind of factions.
And also keep in mind, it could be possible to be asked to protect AND pirate the same convoy at the same time by that group - know what I'm talking about?

In a nutshell, you can call it like that, and yeah, much diplomacy is a natural thing for such faction. Also, if I got your last statement right you meant deception of the "prey" if you choose to call it so. If that's the case... well, it all depends on the background for it. It's not like Freelancers are forced into doing work, and even if they are, they are mobile enough to just leave )
You may already be aware of the {AFC}-, which is Freelancer. But to boot they are already cleared for a lot of bounty hunting/escort contracts, and are very semi lawful leaning towards unlawful, depending on the individual. Your idea might be good to form a new chapter or more fully constitute one that already exists.
