The Core were getting out of hand and needed to be punished for their actions and words they have portrayed to us in the past. A fair reminder to them that they're not superior, if you will.
Allow me to introduce myself and my kin. I am Keeper Sapphire Raven, the one who leads an organised roaming battlegroup, known as Auxesia. It's within our interests to observe, preserve and develop technology and to protect Humanity from any other-wordly entities who wishes to cause major harm, such as the Nomads. Though, you may recognise my name to be previously known as one of the Guildkeepers from the Core as I have done diplomacy work with Guildmaster Nodtviet in the past. Most but not all of our people were once followers of the Core, bringing what knowledge we obtained towards our new purpose.
You may be wondering why we left them? Simply because that we do not wish to obtain dominance through-out the sector, for a brainwashed delusional cause. But rather, to be the best for the benefit of others.
Indeed, it has been a rather long time since last we spoke. I am familiar with your organization now, however I am not very knowledgeable about what you would like. You already assisted us in combating your former brethren when they transgressed into our home, and we thank you for that. We would now like more information regarding why exactly you have decided to come to us to establish relations. What are your goals in our negotiations?
To cut back on the need for useless rhetorics, we wish to provide a helping hand against common foes in Kusari, for example; the Corsairs and the Nomads, or their thralls. Disrupting the artifact trade, as well as any shipments of alien materials or equipment, would also be of interest to us. Additionally, we can offer minor logistical support for your efforts against the steadily increasing Nomadic and Cretin activity. Seeing as the Dragons are the ruling authority for such matters in Kusari space, we would also like to request the possibility of allowing our Capital assets to operate within the area of Kusari, such as Tohoku. The need for a safe haven and area to effectively maintain our vessels would prove very useful in our efforts.
The end goal of our outreach is to establish a diplomatic agreement for operations in Blood Dragon space and an understanding of what our Battlegroup is tasked with accomplishing, with the hope of developing a strong friendship with your movement down the line.
