Since RoS are now gone, and you need to actually dock on their bases to buy it but you can't because getting the rep is possible only through commands.
There is the Inferno Pulse Cannon which is sold in Outcast bases which is nearly identical statwise to the Hades Pulse Cannon

You can get bribes with RoS but their tech is apparently forbidden for usage because they're not official or 'canon' or something, which is weird personally.
