Poll: Democritus - removal of the gunboat turret slot

The question is simple - there's no real purpose for the Democritus having a gunboat slot, given the slugginess of the Demo, its weak powercore and limited arc of said slot. That slot is more pain in the arse, than actual feature, offering nothing in return.

Introduction of two other turrets would be more welcomed than useless slot, retaining the original price.

Reason:

The final culmination of personal glory and accumulated wealth, the Democritus ferries her charges with agility, security and unmatched grace. With dual countermeasures, a slim profile and enough firepower to knock a small moon out of orbit, as once demonstrated against a hapless Maine by one furiously intoxicated Jay Simon of Interspace Commerce, there is no greater combination of style and security within the colonies of man.

Of course, but it has little use inside Disco, beaten by every given transport for half or even third of the price - even Kamome or Bumblebee would beat the hell out of it. The only real use is roleplay, but then... price is a bit too high and I barely see anyone using it.

I'd drop it to 50 million at max.

We are. But as you can see, no one gets it, because it's pretty useless in... literally... anything. The description of that vessel doesn't fit the actual status of that vessel, to be honest.

Let's retain the price, but make that vessel a bit more powerful, as stated in ship's description.

Oi! I'll have you know the super sleek Democritus has a function! It's for putting something aecthetically pleasing for your eye holes when someone is talking to you. You see a person in a Democritus, you can feel the roleplay dripping from within.

I dare you to duel Democritus against Serenity or even PTrain. Both easily rip the Democritus apart. Ship shouldn't just look nice, they should be, after all useful, according to their description.

Then duel them with my words, conjuring tales of adventures and plight, blight and commraderie. Sometimes, a duel is won without a single shot.

On a serious note, the [insert abrreviation of Democritus here] is indeed useful just not for straight up fighting. Two Countermeasure slots. Are you kidding me? Why straight up duel when you load two CM's, or better yet, a CM and a cloak. Now, your RP cargo will make it to its destination safe practically all the time - be it vacationers to Newcastle or President Jacopi.

Sorry FluffBeborn but you really do not get the point and it's strange since you have even posted it:
It is a roleplay ship.
Its purpose is neither to fight anyone nor to use it as a pure trading vessel (you still can make some cash with it)
As Jazzi pointed it out: It's a symbol of wealth by RP means.
