Bug with the restart "gapolice"

As the title say, there is a bug with the gallic police restart. It put us into the Tours station in the Anjou system. (removed)
Plus, when i undock, i'm in the Savoie system (removed too).

If you would like me to do some screens, just ask and i'll do it. (but you can also do the restart by yourself)
