I really don't like the new HUD view on the Titanic C/T.. I find it obscures what I see around me. Please Devs, revert to the old view or redesign the new one so you can see more.. Thanks for reading.

You can disable it altogether in the options menu for an even cleaner view.

People rarely use cockpit view to pvp while in a transport/capship, so it doesn't really matter if the bridges are a bit in the way, cockpit view is an immersion type of thing completely devoid of function.

It serves a function for me so I happen to like it!!
I personally love the change, i hopped into it yesterday and was pleasantly surprised when i randomly changed into cockpit view (something i rarely do). It makes a real difference to the feel of the vessel, rather than another stock cockpit (which does not match the placement of the bridge or its shape) you get a view that makes you feel like you are in command of a large tanker. I think more cockpit views like this would be great, especially for liners and transports.

^ Actually , people uses cockpit view all the time , especially in all those ships that likes to stuck in trade lines, like Bustard , Enterprise and passenger liner , and half of all capitols . In these ships it is necessary to first strafe in cockpit view in front of trade line you want to dock until you see NEXT trade line that is in middle of it , and for that you need good visibility , so i have to turn off cockpit for all my ships . It would be nice if you can choose do you want new or old cockpit for specific ship tough .

And by people, you mean yourself, @"obilen" and maybe a handful of others who fly in cockpit mode all the time. I personally never use it, or on very rare occasions, not even to maunally dock to trade lanes. So this "people use it all the time" statement is on pretty weak legs so far
I tbh pretty much like the idea, now it feels like you are actually flying a big ship, and you don't have a fighter cockpit for a thousand ton battleship.
I fly caps a lot and anything above a GB I fly in 1st person only, unless I am in combat.
Having the option to install the advanced cockpits under the installer choices where the bloom mod option is would be nice.
