I found out today that Odani-maru has Blood Dragon on hostile, while I am sure that faction was set to friendly (second on the most friendly list). I scrolled through sanction notices up and down yet there was no FR5 either. I also failed to find any reputation change between Blood Dragons and Junkers.

Any possible explanation to that problem?
