Several negative reports, one after another, each and everyone of them pointing at your malicious behavior and approach to the Republic of Liberty and it's law enforcement entities. This behavior, showing disregard to Laws of Liberty, harassing and assaulting Law-enforcement, further more topping it off with your close operation and sympathy for the Hellfire Legion as well as getting involved in networks involving nomadic elements, is unacceptable by the Republic of Liberty.

Despite several "second chances" having been offered to your group, none have proven effective. Such situation can no longer be tolerated.

Hence the Liberty Navy High Command has come to the conclusion to expel your group from Liberty and no longer allow any elements from this group to enter any sovereign systems of the Republic of Liberty.

The Department of Defense has already been notified, and these instructions will serve as temporary regulation until The Department of Defense gives the final decision regarding your group. Instructions are as follows and will come into power in 24 hours. By then you are required to completely vacate Liberty space.

- Liberty space is from now on off limits to your group and if entry is needed, one-time permission will be required from either the first or fifth fleet, including a detailed and specific report of the purpose of entry, duration of stay as well as the personnel and vessels for which this permit shall be valid for. Permissions will be asked over this channel.

- Any members of your group found within Liberty space without the said permit will be arrested unconditionally. Failure to comply will result in termination.

- Any slight violation of the Laws of Liberty will be met with unconditional arrest. Failure to comply will result in termination.

- Any refusal to cargo scans or legal demands of the Liberty forces will be met with unconditional arrest. Failure to comply will result in termination.

It is indeed your people's choice and judgment to banish us from the house of Liberty and we respect that, nor do we deny cooperating with the Legion against delinquent entities.

But in no way will we stop our duty that we've committed ourselves to ever since we left the Core, which consists of observational and interceptive operations against the ones you know as the Nomads. We've also taken the interests of investigating and destroying vessels smuggling and supplying Cardamine, as it's speculated to be linked with the Nomads.

Know that our vessels have no interest in the Liberty Navy and it's people, and we wish to only ensure the best of everyone. Unfortunately, there are times where we have to take action and act in self defence. Some pilots of yours have been too inquisitive and were declared as a danger for their own good, as well as for the safety of our operations. Should another vessel decide to declare hostilities against us, it will be halted. Vessels that are put out of action will have their pods retrieved, medicated where necessary, and returned to the nearest station.

Also, I'd like to take a note to be aware of some certain XT- class vessels that have been recently appearing in the borders of Liberty and within the Independent Worlds. These drones are apparently coded to be hostile to the local populace.

To re-assure you of our intentions, I will leave some data for your own analysis.

It is indeed and rightfully so our decision to no longer permit your group to enter sovereign Liberty space. The plausibility and viability of the information in your reports is undoubtable, for their similitude with reports from Liberty forces is undeniable.

However such does not justify your involvement with the Hellfire Legion nor the Nomadic elements. The Republic of Liberty and it's people, ever since it's creation, has been built under the protection of it's vanguards, the Liberty Forces. It is their duty to handle these situations and they have excellently done. And it is the Department of Defense's responsibility to control these forces. As for your group, you have operated under no supervision whatsoever and with power only limited to your capabilities. We would prefer to use the word "vigilante". The Republic of Liberty does not need nor accept that.

Combining such with your behavior in disregarding Liberty Laws and disrespecting the Republic's law-enforcement entities, makes for something that our "inquisitive" pilots can not tolerate. Your claims to having no interest in the Republic of Liberty may be true yet your trouble-making, rebellious actions and activities do influence the maintaining of order and the well being of Liberty.

Furthermore as expressed by your reassured stance in this matter it is clear that it is your will to discontinue your activities and maintaining your stance towards the Republic of Liberty and its forces. While your intentions may be just, justice can in no way be delivered arbitrarily by a freelancing group such as yours.

Hence this pushes The Republic of Liberty into the decision of declaring you your group and affiliates as enemies of The Republic of Liberty. We advise you and your group to keep as far away as possible from Liberty and it's nearby systems since your presence will be met with nothing else but lethal force.
