I require assistance in reviewing a piece of technology I have been working on for over two years. Mainly, its power issues. While its almost impossible to gauge the energy levels of the objects referred to as "Power Cells", it seems thst a single one is not reacting properly as a power source for an adapted Singularity Cannon. It is, however, on an extremely large scale, but I find my Applied Research Division to be lacking in answers and focused on the manufacturing of other projects.

So, perhaps we could organize a meeting, somewhere out of sight to discuss specifics. I can provide security, as its more than likely something'll happen, but feel free to pick the place, and I can get back to you with a time.

No matter, I suppose that's none of our concern. You certainly came to the right people, if this is the subject in which you want to inquire about. - I'd like you to explain to us a little more about what you are planning to accomplish, before we make any arrangements to meet. If you wish, we're not asking you to go into the specifics. Rachel Snow,

The project in question is the construction phase of Project Dawnbreaker II. The first variant suffered from instabilities, and detonated during an unauthorized photonic resonance containment case deactivation some time ago. Originally, the project focused on magnetically accelerated projectiles combined with a Particle energy base. Aquisition of a Singularity Cannon, K'Haran Technology at its peak, was done by one of our operatives. Since we lacked the ability to power the organic weapon, we contacted and purchased a Power Cell from the Lane Hackers, thanks to the information provided by John Silverstone.

From there, I found that both objects could not be within close proximity of each other, as when the Cell entered the room with the Singularity cannon, they reacted with each other, causing the cannon to fire into my office across the hall, hence the need for photonic resonance containment cases. From there, I purchased prototype adapted weaponry, designed and used by many house intelligence agencies. I stripped most of them to study the template in which the organic weaponry reacted to the adaptation equipment, then I studied upscaling the technology. Palladium is expenisve...

Anyways, not going to bore you with the rest of that story. The intent with Dawnbreaker is, once its power situation is resolved, to reassemble the cannon, and utilize it in combat, against the hostile extra-terrestrials known more commonly, as Nomads. How exactly we'll utilize the Dawnbreaker hasn't really been decided, considering there isnt a ship in Sirius capable of operating it. However, it is our edge against these ruthless creatures from deep space. It takes patience to make a man, patience to watch and wait, to protect all of us quietly, for house and humanity to continue to survive, without any recognition at all.

You seem to fit within all of the moral quandaries which we like to consider before beginning any business with another group. If things are as you claim where the product will be used to work towards the destruction of the extra-terrestrial foreign race, i'm sure we can work well with whatever issues you may need resolved from a third party, such as ourselves.

I apologize for not returning your message sooner, as I have been occupied with coordinating my resources and some personal issues. I happened to come across a certain recent member of your organization, whom I have known for many years, and I'm glad to see his brilliance brought on and respected by such an esteemed organization like yourselves, so do take care of Hans for me.

With things finally calming down, I can finally set time aside for this meeting, to discuss the details of a long standing project I have worked on for many years, as I mentioned before. Though, I'm certain you're aware, as well as others within your organization of the dangers of such technology, thus it's best if details aren't shared until a later date. However, I happened across some interesting data that I might require advice in applying to this particular weapon. Even so, it seems we still require a date and location for this meeting to occur, hm? I'm unsure of when you or whomever might be available, but any time from here onwards is free for me.
