If you got to read that thread karlotta made about guests and spiked shoes, yea..., unless you have access to the ban button and other high level perms you honestly just don't get to decide who gets banned, that's just how it is on the internet, a lot of us don't like it, it goes against our principles and sense of how things "should" be, but there is literally nothing we can do about it, complain and you will be laughed at, leave and you will be laughed at and forgotten, heck, in disco moderately large groups of people have left in the past and nothing changes, large groups of people have complained in the past and they are just ignored.
Since there is nothing you can do it is probably best to try to not think about it too much, speaking from years of experience.

generally demanding approach...
Yet it's my job - I got paid and I have to be nice for them despite all these stuff.
Now imagine that You have to do it for free - in Your own free time,
and You receive the same negative feedback, ingratitude for each attempt
of bringing order and respecting for defined rules...
