We happen to run a very significant a profitable illicit goods trade out of our little hub and I would like to invite your group to partake in some business there regarding human livestock and whatever other kinds of goods that the house governments deem threatening or illegal.

My sources say that you are a legitimate group of enterprising smugglers that play well with others but until I see you with my own eyes and speak with you in person I can't be so sure of that.

I'm very familiar with Rochester, I have plenty of friends and people that know who I am but aren't friends with ears there. Liberty has far too many prying eyes and unknown variables for a me to meet to discuss important business in. It seems that since we cannot use the neuralnet as a form of communication anymore we'll have to settle for a more impromptu meeting. Here's the deal:

Bring me 30,000 slaves (base pays 1400)

I will sell you 30,000 units of cardamine (base sells for 3500)

I'll pay you a bonus of 20,000,000 SC at the end of it all to sweeten the deal and make up for any lost livestock during our last attempt at a meeting and to shake hands on future dealings.

Also... I happen to have a very... "experimental surgeon" on the yard. Some of it is real experiments and some of it is left overs from those who didn't follow through on their obligations or wouldn't give us the information that we asked for politely. What I'm getting at is I happen to have 50,000 units of grade A human organs on the yard if there's any use you have for those.

The price you are offering feels as though we are being commissioned, and we only agree to terms that make us equal partners in the profits. We were under the impression that Junkers steer clear of such... Questionable ethics and business practices. Mr.Woods,

I must say that I'm not accustomed to being insulted by fellow criminals but I can tell by the tone of your message that you feel you are being insulted as well. Fair is fair I suppose, I wanted to meet in person to avoid this kind of misunderstanding but obviously that didn't work out. You doubt that we are legitimate in the dealings that we are discussing? I can understand that, new criminal organizations are usually suspicious for good reason. It sounds to me like you need to meet me at my installation before we go further. Maybe talk to some of your other contacts and pull my references with your other criminal contacts and then we can break bread at my installation in Inverness if your pilots are skilled enough to make it there.

If I am not busy and available I will send out a special beacon into the LRS systems to allow you to contact me directly this time so we can figure out a meeting more discretely.
