From the age of ten, he was trained relentlessly in martial arts, weapons handling, and survival tactics. By the time he was seventeen, his father had even taught him how to kill—a harsh lesson, but one he deemed necessary for his son’s survival in an unpredictable galaxy.
Despite his upbringing, Darius was an intelligent and driven young man. He excelled in academics, particularly in physics and engineering, and upon graduating, he earned his pilot's license. With the dream of carving out his own path, he ventured beyond Erie, seeking adventure among the stars. Lost in the Omicrons & The Order’s Influence
Initially, Darius sought honest work, finding employment with the Gas Miners Guild (GMG) in the Sigma systems. However, fate had other plans. During an ill-fated journey, he strayed too far into the Omicron systems, where his ship suffered heavy damage from hostile encounters. Drifting in the void, he was found by a shadowy figure—an Order Spec Ops agent known only as "Joker."
Joker offered him a choice: aid The Order or die in the cold darkness of space. With his ship barely holding together, Darius had no real option but to accept. He was taken to The Alexandria, a Geb-class carrier, where he served for two years. In that time, he learned the true nature of the Nomads, the conflicts raging in the unseen corners of Sirius, and the dangerous power struggles that threatened humanity. However, his time with The Order was cut short when The Alexandria was ambushed by multiple Marduks. The overwhelming attack left no room for heroics. Joker, seeing no way out, ordered Darius to retreat and return to Liberty—his past life now a distant memory. The Navy Years & The Silent Claw
Returning to Liberty, Darius struggled to reintegrate, but in time, he found purpose in joining the Liberty Navy. He started in the Secondary Fleet, proving himself through countless battles. His skill and discipline caught the attention of the elite 5th Fleet, who extended an invitation into their ranks.
Darius thrived in the Navy, rising to the rank of Commodore. His flagship, the LNS-Silent.Claw, a Liberty Assault Battle Cruiser, became a feared presence on the battlefield. His broken body was recovered by the Ingenuus Research Group (IRG), who rebuilt him under the alias "Seth Wither." Cybernetic augmentations saved his life, but at a cost—his memories were fractured, his identity uncertain. For a time, he was nothing but a ghost, wandering without purpose.
When his memories finally returned, so did his sense of duty. He attempted to return to Liberty, but instead of a hero’s welcome, he found himself thrown into an interrogation room. The Navy deemed him a liability, a possible traitor, and eventually, he was sentenced to life in Fairbanks Supermax Prison, deep within the classified Alaska system. Now hunted, Darius had no choice but to disappear. He sought refuge in The Core, climbing its ranks until he became Guildmaster. But leadership within The Core was a double-edged sword, and internal betrayals once again forced him to flee. The Search for Peace
