I would like to take this moment to introduce my self. My name is Lorleii Darksaint and I am the owner/operator of Saint Shipping, a small independent logistics firm based on Planet Erie, Pennsylvania System.
As I'm sure you agree, the hospitality business can be quite hectic, especially when it comes to re-stocking your Luxury Liners with consumable goods after a long cruise. To this end, I would like to bid for supplying your liners and bases with the luxury items that your patrons desire.
What I propose is a business arrangement where Saint Shipping supplies the following goods to OS&C bases and Liners: Cigars and other Tobacco products, High End Luxury Foods and Consumer Goods as well as Legal Libations of any and all sorts as the market makes them available. In return, I would request to be granted preferred docking and OS&C bases and the availability to call upon OS&C Security should the occasion arise that Saint Shipping personnel need additional assistance.
While our freighters and transports do not come close to offering the accommodations that the OS&C Liners are known for, if there comes a time where an emergency evacuation is called for Saint Shipping can be counted on to make your customers as comfortable as possible during their time of distress.

As for your proposal, I believe it could be of mutual benefit to both our respective companies however our security forces are quite sparse in terms of space presence and while I'm more than happy to grant you their protection I'm afraid that help may come far too late should the worst arise. Beyond that small issue I see nothing we cannot agree to.
If you would provide the names of the ship or ships you operate I will add them to our database and clear you to begin supplying at your earliest convience.

Thank you for your reply, Chairman Pines. I'd like to apologize for my tardy reply, we had a an issue with out inter-space communications transponder (a W0rk-12hr board is failing so any outgoing transmissions will be intermittent...). It appears that any negotiations will either have to wait until I can meet with you in person on Curacao or the repair parts come in.
In the mean time I will dispatch courier to deliver the information requested... Mom's due for a vacation anyways.
