This is a great opportunity. I would like to ask permission and endorsement to carry out ecological surveys of the planetary bodies in Omicron Mu: Akabat, Nebet and Djeba. The surveys would involve a low-orbit geological survey coupled with an expedition to the surface to collect samples and record the biological diversity and stability. If you insist or wish it to be so... I would have little qualm with someone of the Order accompanying us.

Yes, such survey is entirely within realm of possibility for Zoner researcher, with escort detachment issued to you for among other reasons your own safety in less traversed areas of Omicron Mu star system. I'm, ur... glad to see you are open to this proposal. You are right to challenge the benefits versus the ri...risks, and rest assured. In truth... it is difficult to propose something tangible as a result without having conducted this pre...preliminary study. I can however clarify it is less concerned with geography and more with biology Admiral, and thus the benefits wo...would revolve around this field.

In the short term the study would fur...further understanding of the climate and sustainability of these planetary bodies. Will their conditions remain stable? What life exists on these planets? How do they survive? Is there anything worth further study? From ,ur.... a military point of view, it would clarify any scope of basing operations from the planets and, ur... the costs associated with their maintenance. In the longer term? urm... if something extraordinary or of use is found, this study will provide a strong basis for future research and exploration.
