Greetings and well met to all you potential business partners out there. I'm David Rose, the current CEO of Detroit Munitions, the leading manufacturer of light and medium arms in Liberty and Bretonia. Detroit has a proud history of providing the highest-quality product to not only private citizens concerned about self-defense, but to Liberty's uniformed men and women, as well. Thanks to our partnership with Ageira, we've been able to consistently produce the safest and most versatile weapons on the market, and now we're looking to expand our operations even further afield.

This is where you come in. While a simple arms dealing license can be purchased at any station in Liberty thanks to our freedom-loving codes of law, Detroit is interested in promoting a deeper relation with those who help deliver our products, making the galaxy a safer place. To that aim, we're expanding the Licensed Distributor program to - well, loads of folks. We plan to offer substantial bonuses to reward enthusiastic dispersal of Detroit firearms across Sirius.

To get to the point: if you're affiliated with Ageira Technologies, Cryer Pharmaceuticals, Deep Space Engineering, Interspace Commerce, Orbital Spa & Cruise, Synth Foods Inc, Universal Shipping, Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing, Border World Exports, Gateway Shipping, Planetform Inc, the Independent Miners Guild, Republican Shipping, the Zoners, the Junkers, the Crayter Republic, or are a freelancer in good standing with Liberty, or are part of some smaller, new shipping concern that does business in Liberty, you can sign up to be a Licensed Distributor of DM products! To sign up, give us proof of your callsign, ID, and reputation with Ageira and the LPI. Be sure to follow the template that's provided. Then, when you see you're added to the list, post proof of purchase of Light Arms from Detroit's facility just off Manhattan and delivery to any lawful base in Sirius, except for those noted in the following list. Exceptions - bases that do not count and which deliveries to will not be rewarded - are all those in Liberty or any adjacent system, any base owned by the GMG, any base owned by an unlawful or Gallic group, any Daumann base, any base in Gallia, and Java Station.

Every contractor who delivers at least 1,000 pallets of product every pay cycle will be paid two million credits. A pay cycle is two weeks. If you deliver more than 6,000 pallets, you'll be paid twenty million credits instead of just two. Whichever contractor distributes more product than any other will further receive twenty million credits on top of that, with the runner-up getting fifteen million. Any deliveries to Battleships Ark Royal or Macduff in Newcastle will be rewarded with two million credits each, assuming that the total amount delivered to either battleship totals in at least 1,000 units. Selling our product to other pilots, or referring them to the program, may also be rewarded on a case-by-case basis. Extraordinary feats may also be rewarded if we choose to publicize them.

We're hoping this will get all you transport captains out there to consider a closer relation with Detroit, and help to show Sirius that Detroit cares. A list of licensed contractors will be posted at the end of this transmission, along with how much money they've earned through the program, so everyone can track their progress. The first payday is on April 5th, so register up and get shipping!

When you get word your application is accepted and you're added to the list of licensed distributors, feel free to start shipping immediately. The rules governing registrations are as follows:

When you apply and pass background checks, you're added to the list.
If you fail to move any product by payday, you're struck off the list.
If you make Detroit look bad or show yourself to be a liability, you're struck off the list.
If you move at least 1000 units of product by payday and post a pay request form for at least two million credits, you stay on the list.
If you file a pay request form early, you're struck off the list. It's nothing personal, but it keeps things tidy on our end.
Detroit reserves the right to remove anyone from the list at any time for any reason without notice.
Even if you're removed from the list, you'll still be paid for however much you moved if you submit a pay request form on time.
It's okay to reapply if you've been removed. Barring unusual circumstances, you'll be relicensed for the pay cycle you've reapplied during.
You've got until two days after payday to post your pay request form.
If you fail to post your pay request form on time, or you're lacking appropriate timestamps or something else key, you don't get paid.
It's your responsibility to ensure your shipping activities don't violate the relevant laws of wherever you're shipping. In the case of houses where licenses to ship our product are required, it is assumed at time of registration that you bear a valid license. In short, any run-ins with the law pursuant to your work with us are entirely your responsibility.
Detroit reserves the right to modify these rules at any time for any reason, but will try and give notice if we do so.
