It has been a while since we've communicated. As, i assume, you've probably been made aware by other popes that the TAZ has been suffering from mysterious disappearances and other strange occurrences that have been disturbing the Chao in Baffin.
Times have been busy, but things are starting coalesce according to Eris' will. Due to changing circumstances, we may soon find ourselves requiring a higher standard of vessel for our paramilitary needs.
If i remember correctly, over our many talks in the past you expressed the position that as long as we can supply the required materials that acquisition of larger coalition technology is possible, my Typhoon being an example. The larger detail will come in the future, but we are currently interested in one more vessel for testing.
As you can probably guess by now, we're interested this time in your 'Tempest' class Carrier that we have been hearing rumors about. We're well prepared to follow the standard agreement, providing all necessary materials for the construction to take place in exchange for a freshly constructed Tempest at the end of the process.

The Coalition will lease a Tempest-Class Vessel until the end of the Gallic-Sirian War, the TAZ will supply the resources for the vessel and it shall be fully crewed by TAZ personnel aside from a Commissar to ensure the ship does not fall into enemy hands should the worst come to pass. At the war's end the Coalition will reimburse TAZ for the supplies shipped during construction and the ship shall return to the Coalition.
Furthermore the Coalition wishes to remind TAZ that should it wish to construct it's own Southern Buh - Class Research Station/Shipyard hybrid the offer remains open, it will allow those who follow the path of Dischordianism to construct their own large-scale vessels and have the facilities to conduct research and development to further the dream of Eris. The Coalition Corps of Engineers is always willing to aid our friends. "
