Minimum required time of existence

Since I could not find the answers for this:

The POB must exist for the minimum required time based on the core level as defined per server rules.

Maybe someone can help, where could I find the list of required minimum time for existence for
each player base level?

For core 3, 1 month as core 2.
For core 4, 2 months as core 3.
For core 5, official faction only and 3 months as core 4.

No need for Core 2.

There is no time requirement to apply for Core 2, only Core 3 and above.

"Core Two
- Players are required to post the name, IFF, system and purpose of their base in this subforum prior to becoming Core 2. These posts remain invisible and are only accessible by the server staff."

For core 3, 1 month as core 2.
For core 4, 2 months as core 3.
For core 5, official faction only and 3 months as core 4.
