Hello Sian,

Regarding our chat yesterday, I have arranged for things. If you are still interested, we might meet in Omicron Minor to bond some more. Don't worry: the system is just for ambience. I hope I don't have to tell you that I expect you to come alone, though, Sian. You likely know that trust is a rare commodity these days and there are some rather unpleasant persons who'd just love do dissect me, know what I mean? I'm usually not one to be overly paranoid, but I've heard the phrase "I want to kill you" in various variants once or twice too often over the course of the last few days.

This is not to say that I'm unwilling to try and reach out to people who aren't... predisposed to dislike me and mine; all I'm saying is that trust needs to be earned. Let us see where this takes us, shall we? Maybe we can call each other friends in the foreseeable future. I would very much like to reach that stage.
