That stand-off was a most curious spectacle Mish Valkyrie, and most informative. It was pleasing to learn at least the callsign of someone with whom I could contact, and a location to send the missive.

If you would indulge me, I would like to invite you to a discussion between yourself and I. I harbour a distrust for proper discussion over such neural net communication - yet as a sign of goodwill for the recent peace between our peoples I shall divulge at least enough for you to be prepared if you were to accept this invitation. Please be aware... myself and my associates do not represent the Coalition in any formal or official capacity and as such I implore you not to share this communique with anyone outside of those who you must.

I represent Commune 47 - an organisation within the Coalition that recognises that some threats to our existences are above our desire for protective isolation or our ideological differences. Our methods differ, da, but our objectives overlap. A primary concern of Commune 47 is the alien threat. I learned about this threat personally whilst assisting a certain Mishtar Gray some time ago. Since then our means to combat this threat have been... tested. It is clear that only combined effort presents a reasonable chance of our species survival.

I have prepared the communication in accordance with protocol and relay provided, without trace and with utmost care to ensure no one will access the information within in respect to your wish of privacy. You will not be disappointed in The Order's standards in this regard.

I will meet you, alone, at specific co-ordinates marked with the attachment within star system detailed. For now as I do not see reason for otherwise, it will remain between us two for the time being - It is up to you whether rest of The Order Overwatch will be involved at one point based on information I provide them. I have yet to know what Coalition may possibly offer against the Nomads, both as a faction or volunteering individual.
