Konbanwa to the Sirius Coalition. It is a pleasure to hear back from you on this offer of resumed diplomacy. The Dragons are entering a new era, an era that will end with the Republic in our hands, and observing the Coalition, crushing the houses is just what you have in mind.

As you know, we are a revolutionary group, and we will usually take precautions, so it is very good for us to set up this meeting now, and lead to future relations. So thus, we will set up this meeting in secluded space, but, we will not have you enter into Chugoku just yet, all allies must prove themselves.

Now, onto the details themselves, I'm assuming you will have us decide this meeting? If so, we've just the time. Due to recent construction and developments within the Bood Dragons, we have had time at hand limited, but we can propose the 17th of this April, at 1800 Sirian Mean Time. As for the system, the meeting be held in Sector 1E/2F of the Okinawa system, near the Dragons Sendai Research Complex. There first-hand you will be able to observe the technology being developed by the Dragons for the oncoming war, and it is there that we will hopefully cement a relationship to last. Of course, we expect the Commissariat to bring an honor guard? The Dragons will bring a sizeable defensive force to the meeting zone, so as not to be disrupted.
