Q: Is the character furry/anthro/animal/hybrid/etc.?
A: No it is 100% human, due to the new rule from news announcement and the fact that I agreed that furries have no place in canonical lore.
Q: So, why the avatar?
A: I simply like the avatar - Joel is also loosely based on a character that is present in one webcomic, as character had the background I liked.
Q: Is this a stolen idea then?
A: No. The character itself is heavily inspired, but almost everything has been alternated and adapted to fit the Discovery's lore.
Q: What made you to roleplay such a character in the first place?
A: I have never played character which was a former asylium patient before and most of my characters were having a decent education as well.
Q: Why distrust from the Libertonian corporations?
A: It is quite natural that no one would hire a guy which was four years in a mental asylium, not to mention Joel is indeed believed to murder his younger brother.
