I'm contacting you on behalf of Universal Shipping Incorporated regarding a business proposal. Since our acquisition of Platinum Incorporated base in the Alberta system, business volume has increased significantly; especially so in the last quarter.

In order to serve our business partners, vendors, employees and contractors better, we have decided to improve, upgrade and expand Platinum Inc. These upgrades will be paramount to the working conditions of all employees, trade and future operations in the Alberta system. Planning for the first phase of this grand project is near completion.

Naturally, Deep Space Engineering's expertise and excellent track record in this area, came up first in the board meeting when initially discussing this project. The board would like to offer a contract to DSE that involves the construction of these upgrades and delivery of certain raw materials.

Greetings Gentlemen,

I would like to start off by saying what a great pleasure it is to meet both of you.

My name is Jack Doe, son of the former president of Deep Space Engineering. I took over just a few months ago while the company was in turmoil. I'm happy to say that Deep Space Engineering didn't just 'stop existing', but simply lay in hibernation whilst administration could get back on their feet. The company functioned just fine on its most important jobs maintaining and construction of the tradelane network and related duties.

Deep Space Engineering is indeed interested in what you have to offer and we would like to extend an invitation for both of you to to join us on Doe Industries Space Port for a conference to discuss what it is you require.

Good evening Mr. Doe,

It is unfortunate to hear of Deep Space Engineering's decline in form and turmoil. We, at Universal Shipping Incorporated, understand all too well the unique and difficult challenges that arise in maintaining a large organization.

I am glad to know that DSE is slowly but surely gathering momentum in order to once more gain a foothold in the industry and offer their much needed expertise.

As I mentioned in my initial message, USI is in the process of expanding the capabilities of Platinum Incorporated base in the Alberta system to meet the ever-growing needs of our clients, business partners and employees. These upgrades include but are not limited to: increased living quarters, upgrades to existingproduction facilities, amenities for R&R and much more.

In order to minimize complications and setbacks, we have decided to complete this project in small phases: the first phase being the gathering of the required construction material.

We would like the delivery of following materials to Platinum Inc.:

- 40000 Hull Segments @ 1500 S.c. per unit
- 40000 Robotic Hardware @ 1000 S.c. per unit

Naturally, through previous cooperation in the Alberta system between our companies, all DSE) tagged transports are cleared for docking on our base. The base also offers Platinum Ore at 1250 S.c/unit for export purposes. A dedicated channel has been set up in advance here, in order to keep track of the delivered material.

A data packet regarding your invitation to the conference aboard Doe Industries Port will be send over a more secure channel.

Should you find the above terms agreeable, then the delivery process can start at the earliest convenience.
