Empty Kusari

So I was poking around in Kusari house space today with my Freelancer and it was dang near empty. I traveled through 4 systems and only saw 3 traders, who of course said not a word when I greeted them. Now I was thinking about maybe making a Kusari character so I was looking into what factions where about. Now there are no trader factions in Kusari but that's not a surprise, but It seems the Lawfuls are greatly out numbered and there is no faction for the police.
So I am wondering why Kusari seems to be largely unused. Now maybe it's just the time I play, which is 430 am to 6 am Alaska. Which is about 830am EST. It could just be the time since most area's are sparce at these times but Kusari was just a graveyard.

Actually there is police faction...the [KSP] (Kusari State Police) ... and well, Kusari is little deserted cos there are nearly no traderoutes (Not counting niobium) or smuggling routes... Well people are around usually only where is something planed on forum:D

Well, with regards to the lawfuls, you have the KSP (Kusari State Police) and the KNF. The latter are fighting a war with the BAF quite actively at the moment.

With regards to unlawfuls.
We have two official factions. The NovaPG who are a blood dragon faction, and the GC, who are (unsurprisingly) the GC.

There is also Dab's group of GC, the Kiretsu.

Have a look through the faction status. All the above groups are active. But given Kusari's current state of activity all would appreciate your membership.

EDIT: Oh blast, Zelot, I forgot the angry farmers... They're pretty damned cool as well. Grab your pitchforks folks.

And if I don't see a decent hogosha faction with the black dragon (hogosha ship) being made, I'll be very upset.

You need to get on later in the day.. Generally we just get lots of traders, but there are times when you'll see big FA/Hogosha/KNF/GC/BD fights. Though I don't suggest getting involved in one, they have a habit of getting interlopers killed.

Kusari actually used to have a greater amount of activity than now, but now it only seems people mainly KSP, KNF, Dragons, GC etc only log in when they seem someone of the same or opposing faction on. And of course this can lead to problem when both players are looking for someone there to log on but no one actually logs on since they're waiting for the other to log in.

And yea time of the day has a big impact as well.

Kiretsu logs on.. Our opposing faction = Traders, so we're never at a shortage. Plus, what trader doesn't need killing, cargo-spilling, and kidnapping of the females for converts?
