Good morning Liberty,

Eden Naragon, co-administrator of Bethlehem Station, under the Ingenuus Research Group. We've had many dealings in the past, such as courses of action regarding pirates around Bethlehem, as well as more importantly the signing of the new Treaty of Bethlehem. While we tend to keep to ourselves, large matters have always warranted communications between us. Today is no different.

With the recent news that Liberty and Rheinland have signed a peace treaty, thus ending the war as well as Embargo line, those from both sides see an opportunity. I assume some Liberty citizens see an opportunity in Rheinland for a new adventure, but more importantly we are seeing political refugees fleeing from Rheinland to Liberty. We've heard reports of independent stations in Liberty accepting refugees for the time being, and it seems many have sought refuge aboard Bethlehem Station.

Given that tensions I'm sure are still high with Rheinland, and this new era of peace in it's youth, direct transport of these refugees to a Liberty station or outpost would be seen as a conflict of interest in Rheinland's eyes. Thus sheltering such refugees aboard independent stations provides Liberty plausible deniability concerning such. While that is all and well should an ambassador from Rheinland inquire about such, the fact remains that Rehinland refugees are coming into Liberty.

All those who come aboard Bethlehem are of course being screened and kept aboard for safe keeping, and we've ensured none are leaving the station illegally. Those who wish to abandon all ties to any House, and wish to become an independent or even a Zoner, are given secure passage to Barrier Gate Station in the Coronado system, as well as Grand Vista Orbital. Regarding those who are seeking asylum within Liberty though, we are not taking any action as of yet until we work with the Liberty Government on how to proceed.
