I am requesting a personal license for the carrying of Stabiline in a small amount. My pilot is a former Outcast Pilot and was addicted to Cardamine. This will be in a single container and only for my Pilot since he is physically dependent on it. The Fire Starter also serves as a minor research vessel, and we have a team of Scientists that control and administer the Stabiline to my Pilot to prevent overdose and unauthorized access. I do not want to have trouble with the Government of Liberty. There is no other intent for carrying the Stabiline and it will never be more than one cargo unit. Our corporation does business throughout Sirius, and it is imperative that we employ pilots with personal knowledge of excellent routes. I have spoken with a team at Atka Research Station, and they were pleased to know that we had been successful in testing the Stabiline with our Pilot.
Please forgive my ignorance of the Laws of Liberty concerning this matter. Below is an excerpt of my conversation with your esteemed Officer Knox. I obeyed his requests and he was kind enough to allow me to carry on. I would also like to commend Officer Knox on his professional conduct.
