Next to the club and bar owned by the Archangels is a small boutique known as The Spiked Skull. Running the shop are two tattoo artists, though there is as well a help wanted list posted on the door for anyone looking for some work.

The boutique is small and houses two chairs for clients who come in. The work is done all by hand with traditional ink or with specialized ink such as glow in the dark or other types. The shop is quite quiet with some rock/metal music playing in the background. On the walls are inspirational drawings and pictures that the artists put up for customers to look at their work and experience. In the air is sometimes a faint smell of weed or similar drug previously perhaps smoked in the back room that might linger out.

Different characters may walk through the door to ask for art to be performed on their skin. Drunk or sober, it doesn't matter much to the artist. If a client wants a tattoo and has the cash then they'll get one. It would be wise however if the client would keep his cool and a respectable attitude or they might get the boot out.
Clients may get a tattoo on the spot with full artist interpretation or they could request their own idea or exact tattoo they would like. The artist are open to ink whatever and anything anywhere.... to a certain extent of course.

Since his late teens, Jimmy walked the path of a rebel. He dropped out of highschool on his final year, finding his subjects useless and his teachers hypocritical capitalist scumbags, while the only class he had maintained well in till that point was visual arts. Finding his own expression in it, he spent his time on the street in dark alleys spraypainting and tagging while also dealing in cocaine with the local gangs. As an independent dealer he had more freedom in seeing what was around on the market and caught his eye onto Nox: a rare exotic drug filled with rebellious intent towards the same that he despised.

His tattoo career started out of curiosity for the medium; getting a smaller tattoo for himself and then asking to try it out. He soon fell in love with inking and had at times been seen with a Nox syringe in one hand and a tattoo machine in the other, often doing both or one to himself and one to someone else. Needles tended to slip in and out of his hand freely and easily.

His career moved into space to open more business opportunities, picking up quickly the handling of a light fighter; with a bit of help from the speed depriving Nox making every move seem slower and steadier. He could be sometimes seen taking trips out into space to stare at the starts and take a good haul to ‘enhance’ the colors of the sky.

Youngest of three (Older sister and brother)

Left home at 18, studied visual arts for one year. Moved to Liberty to try and make a career as an artist. Didn’t make enough regular income to survive, and gave up trying to paint after she lost her apartment on Planet Manhattan (Only there for 6 months) due to rent not being paid - and the power being cut off. Began to take on tattooing initially as a temporary role to make ends meet, moving from freeport to freeport as an independent contractor. Fell in love with the work and the money was reasonable. Has been tattooing for the last 5 years.

Not typical girl, doesn’t like dresses - more comfortable in jeans, t-shirt and converse. Hates big ships, too “sluggish” to fly and unnecessarily large. Won't openly break the law, but is happy to take part in certain race events and will turn a blind eye if seeing someone else doing something illegal. Will partake in Synthetic Marijuana as she does not see anything wrong with it - after all, it only helps people, right?
