Freelancer Web Launcher

This small program (less than 500 Kb) adds new functionality to Freelancer, allowing players to launch the game directly from a website via a special 'freelancer://ip:port/' URL. This URL can also be used to create shortcuts on the Windows Start Menu or Desktop.
The shortcut works exactly like -s commandline argunemt, preloading ip:port settings and allowing you to connect to server when global server is down.
