Technically yes, as the ID has next to no Rep Hacks.
Use the transponder spoofer on the mactan network (Link under Player Utilities) to see for yourself.
Dont know what the RP of the faction would say though.

The official faction its PRIME, but im using a normal AI ID.
The actual RP of the AI faction still stands however, just as you cant assist navy on a Hellfire legion and speak human on a Nomad. Might want to check the background and see if it makes sense.
