Evening Miss Dagon.
Same opening remark that a great man used at the time of your first assignment. I'm surprised at such surprise from the past. From what I know your name is still stained by times of trouble around liberty during which money and skilled pilots were the trend on how to get around, but that's different today and is just something for history books. Things change, the flags, the rationales the objectives. New players step in, boundaries shift, power and evil always find a place for themselves and you bring down one villain and you're probably sure to see them replaced by someone even worse. And often you'll see methods remaining the same.
The ESRD operative reported everything he needed to, so I can tell you're trying to work something something out though other means as well. But I'm still wondering; How far are you willing to go for Liberty? System scans and bounty hunting will be overshadowed by some assignment of let's say, unconventional nature. Identities, uniforms, flags and such are things of the past and at the same time we might as well use those to our advantage. It's not about just watching and such anymore, and perhaps you'd know better, projectiles can change history sometimes.
And of course, work is always to be rewarded. What do you expect in return? You're sure to get plenty of credits, but I doubt that's all you're after. If that man considered it, I'd might as well give it a chance when and if the time is right. But first I need you to speak out as well. Wouldn't call it "business" if it were just one sided, hm?

****TRANSMISSION TERMINATED****
"If your heart is filled with faith, then you can't fear."
As I try my best not to repeat the same steps I did in the past, I have decided to begin anew and with a new opening remark. While I know it was a surprise for you to know the information of the operation issued by your predecessor, you must understand that he, David Hale, is a singular man with a singular mind that graced Liberty when it needed the most, in a way that even Liberty did not wanted but needed. With that said, you are right. Many years have passed and with it, many changes. Yet, I will not forget the scars that I bear from that mission and, at the same time, I will not forget the debt that I have to Liberty and Bretonia.
For the innuendo thrown by your words, I believe you are interested not only in my skill set that granted me a name and a sentence in the old days of Liberty, but the ones that i field today in conjunction.
And with that in mind, I suggest a meeting. In person. And in a secure environment.
Say, office Foxtrot Alpha - Alpha Section, Fort Bragg, Manhattan in.. two hours?

Miss Dagon.
Seems like you don't need any instructions at all. You probably know a lot more than just my office and business card. Can't say there's anything concrete currently, but I'm pretty sure we can discuss more and work something out. I'm sure you'll have clearance under your new "looks". Any time you basically find it best. I'll be expecting.
