Supreme Council,

It's indeed been some time since we've spoken to one of you, or even seen a single vessel from Cayman as of late. Due to our high presence in the Omegas recently, we half-expected to see your patrols out securing the region. I was surprised when this was not the case. In fact, there has been little contact between our two organizations at all. This has left the Inner Phalanx slightly concerned and confused for the future of our relations.

With respect, we ask the status of the Fallen Angels. Are you still among us? Do our ties remain? It's uncommon for our friends to vanish without so much as a word, and if you're in need of aid, then the Inner Phalanx is prepared to offer assistance - Both logistics and military. We won't sit idly by while our friends are kept in the dark.
