History tends to repeat itself, yet it does not always and we can make it not do so again. I don't care much for what happened before. What I do care for is the future of Rheinland and with us, all those that border our nation and with them, those that border their space.
Coming from latest internal disputes within the great nation of Rheinland, we've to request your assistance. The Order, from what we know, is in possession of technology that can guarantee detecting a nomadic presence within its perimeters, by whatever means your technology works on.
We request this technology to be shared for the purpose of overwatching the Militär internally as well as public places and spots of social interaction. Autonomous drones, if possible to be equipped with this technology, are appreciated too.
Further we request the Order to secretly operate within Rheinlands borders to conduct their own investigations. Of course we require any information gathered to be transferred to Militär command. We'll then decide, alongside the expertise you hopefully will provide, upon eventual next steps that have to be taken.

I will not lie here, the only reason our operations may perform smoothly within your borders are supportive entities representing less-than-legal movements according to ongoing laws of the colony with full disregard towards local politics of both sides of the conflict. It is also impossible to trigger any protocol concerning extended cessation of hostilities towards the republic given that agenda of its right hand - represented by Militar - is incompatible with intentions of Rheinland's left hand which continues to stab main body of The Order with ferocity matched only by our direst enemies. What is The Order Overwatch meant to think about this contrasting duality of your foreign relations? The agency by name BDM supports Core with material support and even provides assistance in their frontline against The Order.
