As you all know, I'm leading group known as Commune. Commune is a successor to Samarran Raiders, who were openly fighting all the uprising forces against K'Hara globaly.

Then, after the falling apart of SR, due to Discovery changes and most of oldschool membership leaving, I decided to recreate same ideology but a bit changed.

The Commune holds the tradition of Samarran Raiders in terms of lore but has evolved in more elite organisation, mainly working on R&D of alien technology and retrieving all the K'Hara left overs in Sirius.

This is a invitation for everyone in this community, who always wanted to participate in this kind of RP. I do realize that most of you see us as pvp whores (the truth is, we are well organised, I don't deny it) but we also wish to really, really get on this kind of RP and balance it out with our pvp.

If you wish to participate in this, while replying, it would be nice to mention what kind of idea you would have with your character, and what you would like to get your hands on.

As someone who never heard about the Commune before (since I'm just not long enough here), I was really positively surprised by all encounters with Jared Nomak or the Commune I had so far, as your guys seem to take their role serious. I really like it, and I can't wait to have more encounters with you. I was also surprised by how Maren made sure the Commune will not just make a foreign cap go boom. That was awesome. Keep up the good work, guys!

Organisation means ziltch if ALL interactions are just PvP. (And yes, as you can imagine, I don't have any positive review on the faction yet. )

If you want to really represent the Nomads - try doing more than killing in the name of them. Although you could say the Oracles are the more passive, and the Commune are more aggressive, but really, most interactions become bland.


It would be nicer to see some clarification on the faction- some backstory, to the cultists (if they're even that.) - such as a deep analysis on:

why are they fighting? (wouldn't aggression portray the nomads in a bad way? what made them even fight for nomads? what's the point in killing? etc)
how are they fighting? (resources, detecting who are the enemies, etc)
when are they fighting? (do they go alongside the nomads, do they constantly fight, etc)

Because right now, it looks like they're just killing because "nomadslol"

@"Sombra Hookier" I'm glad that all of our interactions were fun, joyful and more. For me, the finest part of all that was me, chasing you in deep Omicrons. Kudos to that, and I hope we'll have more of it. I mean the RP, as one of your characters is already being protected by Commune, due to it's relations with K'hara.

@Burning Yes, we did spoke a while a go. Though, I didn't ever thought that you would offer that character. Don't get me wrong, I think it would be awesome if you would somehow merge Justiz with Commune as, we already had that, but wasn't officially in Das Wilde.

Write me on skype whenever you're ready to start with negotiations.

@"Auzari" I am completely aware of what you've talking about. As a matter of fact, I was speaking with the members this night regarding that matter. The fun fact is, I have enough RP-ers in Commune, who are capable of epic pvp too but are lazy to do RP (which in fact, is very serious and they're capable of it).

That's the reason why I actually made this thread. I need at least two or three more people, totally dedicated to their lore. I'm already doing great job with diplomatic missions and worked my ass off since 2010 to get this group all these doors opened that we have today.

So, be sure that we will soon (if we will have luck with people joining, or existing ones changing their mind) work completely with our lore and do what it states.

Though, let me tell you that Commune does represent Nomads but, it's working on it's own. Commune isn't directly commanded by K'Hara. It's more devoted to it while Wild consider it as a ally.

From what i have seen of Commune is basically pvp oriented. Not a problem for me to be honest, since this is a space shooter game. Yet your request here surprised me. In a good way. Seems a good direction. Kudos.

Thank you for nice words. This time though, I wanna everyone let know that two people have applied already, of which one is @Burning .

I will consider one more applicant and that would be all.

edit: of course if more than one people apply, i might take two or choose the best one based on application etc. I wanna keep the membership small, as this was intended to be small group.

edit 2: As I mentioned, Commune was meant to retrieve all those leftovers by K'Hara and eventually bring it back to them or, with their allowance, use them for their own good. So, that means a lot of RP in, investigations, visiting various planets and such. I honestly don't have any example to show you (there was a old MD for Commune v.1) but I think that you get the idea.

As some of you may also know, Dave Synk joined us since the beginning of the Commune v.2. That guy has massive RP behind him and he was back in the day in Order. So, there's also doors to join him in researching, developing and etc as he currently wants to develop some prototype guns.

This doesen't means that you or your character needs to be in something mentioned from above. Character can be just ordinary cultist or something, and build his own kind of RP as I always mentioned to all, Commune can be your stopping station to develop your RP and eventualy, go further and join Oracles or Wild group or something, and we'd likely help you out with that.
