Guten Tag, Herr administrator of the base Dimond drop off. My name is Laura Carsten and I´m polizeidirektorin of the Rheinland Federal Polizei.

During routine check, we found out that your base is equipped with two weapon platforms. This seems to be a violation of paragraph 8.3. of Article Eight of Rheinland laws - Construction of weapon platforms must be approved by at least one of official law-enforcement authorities ([RM], RFP|, BDM|) before construction begins. Federal polizei did not approve them and so far we were not informed that Rheinland Military or Büro der Marineintelligenz would do that as well.

Thus, I request from you to provide NeuralNet link to communication with representative of some of the mentioned law enforcement authorities where they approved your weapon platforms. You have 72 hours to do so.

As you may or may not be aware Dimond Drop Off came under threat from the RHA with direct contact from them with attack plans in there hands,
The RM and RFP were no where to be seen, or found!
They also payed no mind to my request for aid or gave any indication that they would provide any help what so ever.

However the BDM| did, and i was advised by a member of the BDM| who came and sat guard that given my bases location i should have weapon platforms installed, 'correct me if i am wrong but that sounds like permission from an official representative'
so that is what i done, built 2 weapon platforms as it would seem when under threat ill have only my self and fellow allies of Dimond Drop Off for protection and defense, if you wish proof of this i will try and find the peaces of the black box recording from the scrap of a ship that remains and also request that the BDM officer who gave this permission contacts you as soon as his duties allow him to do so,
I can not say if he will be able to contact you within your given time frame however, during our last contact i believe he mentioned that his current operation would be taking him out off comm range and that he may not be able to aid if another attack was made in the near future,
I will have my ship wright tech's begin the search for that black box records from that ship and attempt to retrieve the information from the day off the attack declaration.

You claim that polizei or military forces were nowhere to be found and they ignored your request for help. Can you provide NeuralNet link to transmission where you contacted us and asked for help? Because I definitely wasn´t informed about any.

Regarding the BDM agent - if he told you that you "should have weapon platforms installed" by these exact words, then I will correct you because you are wrong. That is definitely not permission, that is just recommendation. Thus in your own interest, I would like to know name of the BDM agent or his ship, and see record of your conversation. Also feel free to give him access to this channel so he can provide his explanation and possibly confirm your words.

First: what do you want me to say officer, you where in space when you where not? that the RFP are there when there needed when there not, well i wont do that i will not lie and say that any of you are around when your needed, the amount of times i have lost millions upon millions, whole ships, crew members right inside rheinland home systems such as berlin hamburg and stuttgart due to the RFP not being around, to busy lapping it up on planet baden baden if you ask me, not only that but i also have proof that the RFP are not around nearly enough as they need to be, our house and homes come under threat our ships are scraped and your no where to seen, that is the simple truth of the matter and you nor any other RFP can argue that,
These are the reasons why your laws are broken daily, they don't fear you, they don't fear any official representative of Rheinland and is also the reason why i had to build my own defenses for my own protection.

Now as for the proof of contact to the forces of rheinland to aid in the defense of Dimond Drop Off, simply, there is none,
during the battles of that afternoon much damage was done and many systems where corrupted beyond repair or retrieval, how ever i have been informed that the BDM| agent will contact you over secure network and confirm that he gave permission to install weapon platforms as soon as the base had the upgrade required to do so, as for his name, im sorry officer but i will not be releasing that over these comm's as the enemys of Rheinland have better advances then we do and have no dout cracked the ENCRYPTION of these channels a long time ago, as i stated already he is on and operation and to give his name may place him in danger and or lead to mission failure,i will however state that 1 RFP did come to the defense of the station RFP|Det,W.Kruppstahl and for his aid i am most grateful.

If this is not enough please inform me and i will pay the 'fine' or dismantle the weapon platforms within 48hr of your reply.

Herr Administrator Tenahu.

I was contacted and informed already by the BDM spezialagent about the permission he issued for two weapon platforms. If he would have notified us properly, the database of modular bases would have been updated and this conversation would have never happened. But I believe there was reason why it was not possible sooner. Anyway, database is updated now and you may consider this matter as closed.

However, I want to tell you that I find your words almost insulting, especially your utterly stupid remark about "lapping on Baden Baden". Federal polizei is trying its best to provide safety to all civilians in the Rheinland space and in recent months and years, we saved lot of people and lot of ships and even some modular bases. We try our best, but we can´t be everywhere all the time, because we have to patrol -eleven- space systems with limited amount of ships and officers.

It is also strange to hear you criticise our work when you yourself confirmed that one of our officers, Detektiv Kruppstahl, came to to defend your base. Maybe you should have told him your complaints about polizei officers "lapping on Baden Baden" instead of helping people, I am sure it would be interesting conversation, motivating the officer to come to help again as soon as possible.

Not to mention that you still did not provide the NeuralNet link where you informed us about upcoming danger for your base and asked for help, which I wanted to see as proof of your claim that we did not paid attention to your request for aid or gave any indication we will provide any help. Until you do so, I consider this claim as false and baseless.

Oh, and by the way - I personally have never been on Baden Baden during whole time I serve in the ranks of federal polizei. Just for your information...
