Hello,

We (PMS Network, Kepler) are being harassed by a group named The Archangels Fighters Club.

They have claimed our base to be in their territory, but you (HF) have already claimed the territory and our base is part of your commonwealth.

I have no idea what to do in this case, two factions claiming the same rights and making different demands on the same territories... I'm sure this won't be the first and the last time of this happening.
