We Hunters, seeking to maintain the Guild's organisation and to preserve the rights and privileges of our members and to ensure our good standing with the civic governments, issue the following statement:

Following months of intense negotiation, the authorities in Rheinland have been graceful enough to provide us with a contract to operate in Rheinland.

This contract promises to be long and lucrative, and will assist in furthering the Guild's interests.

The activities of any party which may undermine our status in Rheinland will not be tolerated.

We call on all fellow Hunters to acknowledge and respect the law as it stands in Rheinland.

Guild war-ships are granted safe passage to and from the station facilities in the Omegas. The commanders of all capital ships - gunship, gunboat, destroyer, battlecruiser and battleship - are requested to leave Rheinland for neutral or friendly space immediately.

All Hunters are asked to bring this announcement to the attention of fellow Guild members operating in Rheinland space.

Hunters refusing to follow these directions without just cause risk having their licenses revoked and their vessels reclaimed.

On behalf of the Search/Destroy Agency;
Director George Graves

On behalf of the Bounty Hunters Guild Core;

The text of the Rheinland Decree in full:

Quote:Regarding the BHG
  • 1. The office of the Chancellor of Rheinland will create and maintain a bounty board with job offers against key figures of the criminal organizations in Rheinland. The purpose of this is to promote the Bounty Hunter's Guild in Rheinland in a meaningful manner.
    • a. Bounties will only be valid inside of Rheinland space (jobs executed outside of Rheinland territory won't be paid);
      b. Bounties will only be valid when fulfilled from fighter class ships (LF, HF, VHF, SHF and Bombers);
    2. On the other hand, the Rheinland government will completely forbid the operation of BHG capital ships inside of Rheinland territories bar notified and authorized logistic activities (pass through Rheinland to reach other systems). Any ships disregarding this regulation will be deemed criminals and dealt with accordingly.
