I understand that we've had no official contact between our organisations, but in this instance, I would like to potentially ask of your people for a small cargo exchange. You see, we have a vessel that is pending an armor upgrade but our collaborative benefactors requested rare materials that is primarily obtained from Gallia.

You would also wonder why I approached the Council rather than the Royalists? Well - I simply dislike them and their pitiful primitive attitude towards galactic revenge against Sirians in order to dominate. (I got a tip off a Marechal on that one. Besides that, they're pretty much the bad guy, right?) - Nor do I want them to build up more suspicion towards us as their invasion is dangerously close to our base of operations. We're not interested in getting into conflict with them.
I also hear the Council aren't quite the best of friends with the Outcasts either, perhaps we could assist you in that regard?

I am Colonel Jeanne Francouis of the Council, and I'll cut right to the chase. Oui, the Council can obtain the materials you need as soon as I consult with the logistics division. However, the Council would like to know a bit more about the people its dealing with here. Your area of Operations? Your base of Operations? Relations with other groups including the Royal Navy? You must understand mademoiselle, the Council cannot risk dealing with people that it does not know, not when the odds are in such favor of our enemies.
Hm. Our area of operations usually extends around Sirius Sector, depending where our objectives and active investigations take us to, but we are primarily a Nomadic fleet - people without a home - and we currently reside within the Independant Worlds, seeking refuge near Magellan.
I fully understand why that the Council wishes to be 'better safe than sorry' as the days grow stronger in danger as time goes by, especially when dealing with the Roi. I believe I have already mentioned our stance towards the Gallic Royal Navy, I don't believe they like us - although unconfirmed, nor do we like them - nor shall we support them. That is why we came to you.

I have confirmation from Commandant-Chef Croix that we can haul the materials, I will need you to specify the destination, before we acquire the materials. Also the specific time you wish to make the exchange or if you would prefer the shipment to be broken in to smaller shipments. Also, in doing this favor the Council would like to know if the Royal Navy sees you as possible "associates". If you were to help us this could prove most valuable to our efforts. There are some more things the Council would like to know but for now I'll wait to make sure you're on board.
Barrier Gate in Coronado can suffice, we have an agent there who can handle your requests in docking bay Zeta-Seven. It is up your people if you want to deliver it in one go or not, but ensure to have the check-in date(//timestamp.) with the proof of delivery.
Concerning the Royalists, I don't honestly know. Some time ago, they decide to shoot us, the other time - they outright ignore us. They act within an erratic manner. But as I said previously, we're not interested in direct, or otherwise, manner of conflict. Although I'm supposing you'll want us to potentially gather information concerning them? I still have doubts of them even tolerating us.
Even if it comes to them not actually seeing us as 'possible associates', we can seek some other form of compensation for your assistance.

The supplies will arrive as soon as possible, they will come in shipments because we cannot risk moving that many supplies at once. Also in return, any other ties to other groups in Sirius you might have that you can share with the Council would be much appreciated. The more we know the healthier this "relationship" can be.
Currently, we are on good terms with the Independent Miners Guild, the House of Bretonia and it's corporations. We're also good with Hellfire Legion, and maintain a healthy relationship with the Zoners.
If I may query, what can we provide as compensation for this? Perhaps some credits?
