Quarterly activity checks require official factions to maintain a bare minimum of 3 in-game days of activity to remain official. Additionally, the faction must have a minimum of 3 active members.
Official factions that do not meet these requirements will receive a Faction Warning. Should the same Official Faction not meet these requirements again next quarter, their official status will be removed.
When an Official Faction receives a warning, they will be required to meet the outlined activity requirements for the following 2 consecutive quarters in order for the warning to be removed fully. This will be counted as the Faction's Probation Period.
Unofficial Factions
Unofficial factions that are part of the Faction Tracker will be required to meet an activity of 1 in-game day in order to remain on the tracker.
When an Unofficial Faction fails to meet this requirement, they will be removed from the tracker. If this happens during their officialdom request, the request is automatically denied.
Faction Leaders
Faction Leaders are encouraged to keep track of their in-game presence on a quarterly basis and, if needed, voice their issues under the Faction Leaders Section.
