Are "special" ships still being RP'd?

I was going through the wiki out of boredom and I basically read every ship on the wiki's description, and each time I saw ones with "Only given via Admin" I thought about how I never see them in game, apart from a research ship IRG|Ingenuus which I saw in New York once. Does that still happen(and has it ever even happened)? Ships like that Feanturi research ship, the Persephone, Barge, etc etc

i think it would be cool to see it ingame (obviously not with everyone having one) and to hear the background story of "the lone leviathan still roaming the omicrons, which some believe to be a ghost ship" and "the IRG|Ingenuus being escorted by 4 liberty navy dreadnoughts through new york to alaska with top secret cargo", i cant think of anything for the barge but you know, RP is good on RP servers, moar RP

that's what i'm sayin'. The Apahanta, your ship and mine Siege Cruiser.

also, the Apahanta's and my cruiser's models are almost complete. I'm sure that Sombra has some mesh fixes of her ship's model.
