Mjolnir(SVHF) cannot USE a fighter cloaking device

Figured out that the Mjolnir cannot use fighter cloaking device by flhook message.
But the cargo size (150) is too small for a freighter/GB cloaking device.

There are plenty of snubs that can't mount cloaks because they have over 120 cargo, why is this a bug?

You can mount the cloak but it's disabled and I dunno if it's a bug or intention.
