Dear friends in the Taus,

Patrols today have intercepted shipments of commodities designated "Maltese Light Arms" that are headed from Outcast space towards Tau 31 and further southwards. We have seen those being moved by Outcast, but also by Freelancer and Junker vessels.

Moreover, we intercepted suspicious shipments of cargo that seem to be heading into Outcast space - source unknown. Name: "Advanced Electromagnetic Shielding" Up to now, it was Freelancer ships, but the direction they were trying to flee also points into Outcast space.

Evidence is conclusive enough to take the following steps:

Effective immediately, both "Maltese Light Arms" and "Advanced Electromagnetic Shielding" are defined as contraband until further notice. This consequently means that shipments are to be intercepted by Tau patrols.
