Tidings, i am Captain Jonathan Kalh of the Amenhotep Osiris Battleship. For the record this is my full testimony to apply for asylum in Liberty.

Many of you are probably scratching your heads as to why a Captain of an Osiris would request this. I will explain in full detail why i am requesting this. Firstly, I had sworn an oath to defend all of Humanity against the Nomadic threat that plagued us. My first mission was to head to Liberty and rid it of any and all Nomadic incursions. I soon found out that i would not be able to do it alone... In time i met Admiral Sader of 5th Fleet (First Contact), as time went on myself and Admiral Saders alliance turned into a full blown friendship. We supported one another and he even saved my life, and i repaied the favor and saved his. I know my oath was to protect Humanity, but i quickly realized there are people in this world who would do you harm even if you just wanted to help them... From that moment on i started to actively help the 5th and even LN against domestic criminals in Liberty for example #1, and #2. In an effort to show more libertonians i meant no harm and wanted to assist i went to this length of risk, #3. All i have ever wanted was to show that i was true to my words, and that i wanted to help. But as i tried growing relations the Nomadic Forces just kept coming, I was able to neutralize a Nomadic Incursion in Texas with the Junkers at my side. For a moment things started to be ok... But then the Order had changed, after their operations in Coronado they had moved out. The support i had once relied on was gone and i was left to my own devices. With few options in hand i had turned to my friend Admiral Sader. A man who i know i can trust and whom he belongs to a trustworthy Organization. At that moment i knew my place was to serve with him. To bear the Liberty Flag on my Osiris...my home. I lost good men after i told them what i plan to do, so i had no choice and i left them at Freeport 2 and had them picked up... I'm sure by now the Order knows of what i plan to do and i know they will come after me and my ship. You see, i took a huge risk doing this and i'm asking with most sincerity to allow me and what remains of my crew Asylum in Liberty. I have met with Fleet Admiral Jones and Admiral Sader, and was escorted to Juneau Shipyard where myself and my men along with my ship now resides in custody of the 5th. I am humbled by this chance i am being given to relay a testimony to you.

I'm sending this message to you in hopes that you will take my opinion and suggestions into consideration when you decide about Captain Johnatan Kalh's and his crew's asylum request. He and i have been working together for quite some time now and from a single unexpected alliance we slowly became friends saving eachother's life multiple times. I believe he deserves asylum and gramting him asylum would be a really good decision.

Greetings honorable representatives.

As for Captain Jonathan Kalh's request for asylum, I did engage in an intense interrogation with him and as such I do have some things to say.

From the information I managed to extract, Captain Kalh, was an order agent operating in the borderworlds of Liberty under a mission being carried out by the order in the area. During that conflict and other factors such as the other malicious organizations that operate in the area, the order retreated from the sector, leaving Captain Kalh, his ship and crew behind to their own devices. Captain Kalh saw as a reasonable option surrendering to the Liberty Navy forces of the 5th Fleet, and even utilized his vessel to aid the Liberty Navy forces in some occasions against incursions from criminal entities. His ship is currently undergoing inspection at the hands of the 5th fleet at Juneau Shipyard.

Personally, I see Captain Kalh rather as a causality of a conflict who was left to his own devices and in good character decided to assist the Liberty Navy. I believe that the battle is over for him now, and upon hearing about his actions, it is likely that parties from the order, organizations he had conflicted with will try to bring harm on his way. As such I believe his request to be reasonable, and granting this man asylum will also allow the Navy and the LSF to further prove or disprove his story and get a clearer picture of what is going on on our back yard.

However I still remain skeptical and have quite some doubts about his request to serve under the Liberty Navy, as during his interview, his motives and intentions for such were not fully clear. His claim stated that his original home was in Planet Manhattan, in Liberty, and having nowhere else to go but the found "friendship" with the 5th Fleet commanding officer. However when asked about relatives his claims were that they were either dead or missing during his early years, which leaves us with no possible leads and difficulty to confirm his claim regarding his original home. Hence why I am rather reserved towards allowing Mr.Kalh to serve under the Liberty Navy.

If Admiral Sader wishes to uptake the risks of that responsibility upon his own self, then that is his decision, from which i would personally refrain to avoid having damage caused to the Republic of Liberty and the Liberty Navy, as similar cases in the past have proven during the Liberty-Rheinland war. Taking that into consideration I would advise that if Admiral Sader wishes to take that decision, Mr.Kalh is to be kept outside all restricted or classified areas and information of the Liberty Navy as a partial fail-safe for any situation. In any case I will make sure for intelligence agencies to maintain observation on Mr.Kalh to avoid any possible harmful outcomes from him.
