DESCRIPTION

The status quo of the Second Gallic Civil War has been stagnant for years now, while the Royal Navy's conquest was ongoing in Sirius The Council was preparing for an opening within homeland defenses. The chance to take over Picardy might become reality soon, but to make sure Council forces face the least opposition possible a popularity campaign is launched, both to gain more supporters throughout the Kingdom and to divert the Crown's attention from the real target.

The Council has decided to launch undercover transports as well as seek for neutral help to successfully smuggle the latest batch of printed propaganda from Planet Marne onto the surface of the distant Planet Quillan. Of course sooner or later the Gallic Royal Forces will find out what is going on and will try to stop the flow of anti-royalist propaganda at all costs. At this point it will be the task of The Council and their allies to protect the shipments until they reach their destinations.

Galic Brigands ID should be allowed to trade to . They are Council allies and can take up to 4300 cargo ships .

ˇ Ah , shame in that case , i have Galic Liner with that ID .

BTW , OSC ID and Junker ID cant land to planet Quillan also .

I'm not sure about the junker IDs, if htat's the case, my bad then, but I'm pretty sure OSC just arranged themselves friendly enough relations with the Kingdom recently.
