I'm having some trouble getting the junkers a little friendlier these days, and need a junker bribe. Anyone know where I can find on thats not on a junker base?

Uhm, I'm not sure, but try the capital planets (i.e. Manhattan, New London, New Tokyo and New Berlin).
And, maybe, Helgoland Station.
Blow up lots of Xenos...umm...yeah, Manhattan offers Junker bribes, dunno about other capital planets...thing is, Junkers have no allies, and are not particularly liked by Zoners, so their bribes don't tend to pop up elsewhere...other than ALG bases, maybe (Junkers always seem to offer me ALG bribes, why can't they return the favor?)
Or just shoot their enemies...noone likes the poor Xenos after all:(
Try zoner base one of the freeports, Freeport 2 in Berring may have it. Not sure though. But I do know you can get one at a zoner base...although it may have been Freeport 5 or Gran Canaria
