Create a new story event around the idea of the fall of Reutlingen funding the hessian war effort:
Such that the raw materials seized from Reutlingen's wreckage (Ores etc), provided a boost to the hessian economy. Allowing the hessians to expand their cap fleet and take full control of Dresden and then invade the southern part of New Berlin.
Story Event: Part I
Would see a final battle between the crippling Rheinland Fleet and the Hessian Fleets for complete ownership of Dresden. A hessian win ensuring full lawful presence removed from the system, NPC Bases and all.
Story Event: Part II
Dependent on a hessian win in the first event, would see the over-confident hessian fleet attempt to push into New Berlin via Dresden, invading the southern sectors and destroying the Rheinland battleship parked at Brandenburg if the hessians win the second event. Else they would be pushed back to Dresden.
There a potential new war front could open up right on Rheinlands doorstep, lore written in outcomes of story events. Hessians and Rheinland could have a fresh front to log in to in NB.

I fear that without the constant input of an admin like Spazzy, this will never going to happen naturally. The Rheinland playerbase is just too small. It requires players to be logged constantly in Rheinland on both side like they would be if it was Liberty. People just do not log their Rheinland ship and patrol with it. If they see something happening in Rheinland, they will, but otherwise, they just don't. Like in Kusari.
In my opinion, only an inter-house war can be a viable solution.
With perhaps the exception of Gallia, all houses have "good enough" player numbers to do stuff. People and the mod just need to stop putting brakes on everything, whether by overzealous reasoning or oorp conspiracies.
What is lore and untouchable by player input, and what is modifiable by community action is ambiguous, and that leaves too much undefined and unclear.

Then how comes Kusari and Rheinland activity is not the same as the one Liberty?
I think that's good idea. RHA should finally step up from being nuisance into fully pledged revolutionaries, bring down the government or at least take over part of RH and establish itself as new House/new government.
They have playerbase, and certainly firepower. I wouldn't mind seeing Rheinland in fire, would be cool to see all factions wondering how should they politics work with new somewhat "legal" power in the "south" of Sirius.
MRGA was already done, there was supposed to be a trade extension of the event and then a NB part but the admins shut us down after the Stuttgart event for reasons beyond me.
Let's not focus on an event that caused a lot of pain to quite some players by increasing the relevance of it. That's somewhat uncalled for, in my opinion. Something like this should only be able to happen when Kruger| leaders and players agree to it, imo.
Just create an event generate the relevant RP and let the kids have their war. Not much to think about really and it's much better to do something than to sit there "female dogging" about it. This community is full people who just "female dog" and nothing else. Too much inaction makes a dull mod, so put brains together come up with something as the status quo is tiresome.
