When I first saw this rule violation report, I thought this must be your 3rd or 4th sanction. I was wrong. This is at least your TENTH, since 8 show up in a search and I know one that you never bothered to reply to.
Your violations of the server rules have been constant and consistent. Over and over again you have shown complete contempt for the server rules and your fellow players. Your behavior will not be tolerated, and it will not be permitted to continue. You will change it voluntarily, or you will not be permitted to play on this server.
You are banned for 30 days as a consequence of your continued and unrepentant violations of the server's combat rules.

I destroyed that ship because it was a possibly dangerous un-IDed bomber unit, but then I talked for a good hour or two and gave credits and flew the person to Omicron Delta to get outfitted...

of your ship, Jacinth, because just when I've been sanctioned along with three other good members for destroying a rogue battleship in our fleet, doesn't mean you need to put more crap out for us/me to deal with...
Sorry to disappoint you, but I haven't been the one who reported you, especially not as I unfortunately really forgot to transfer my ID when I changed the ship.

Hmmm I have returned briefly to tell you to leave me banned beyond the intended period so that I wont lose ship data, because I'm going to be away for an undefined period of time.
I have returned, obviously, and lo and behold... Xoria thought it would be funny to leave my characters exposed to the auto-wipe while I was on hiatus beyond the 30 day ban period.

A ban does not prevent any characters from being auto-wiped. It didn't work when we were using IFSO, and it doesn't work with our new software either. Whoever told you otherwise didn't know what they were talking about.
Your IP was unblocked when your ban expired so that you could log them in. Keeping your characters from getting wiped is your responsibility.

This is your fault, you knew by my posts that I thought my characters were protected during this time, you should have warned me otherwise before this happened.
Something you forget is my computer broke down, and I had various other issues with using a computer with freelancer on it for the past 4 months.
Someone could have told me about this LONG AGO, knowing I had a misconception in how the system worked, then I would have actually tried to take action, not just lay back "knowing" my characters would be safe.
Apologies for not being able to find the time to pop round and fix your computer, I wasn't aware it was in the
admin job description ... I will check again under the 'holding everyone's hands' section though.
