So it kinds sucks that if the Congress doesn't deal with Rochester we have our PoB's threatened, and if we do deal with Rochester we have our PoB's threatened.

And all of this steams from the fact that Buffalo base is quite literally on the other end of New York and the players (for what ever reason) believe that is to far to cruise.

So, I have a fantastic solution!

I would like a PoB Rogue Dessy set up somewhere in the northern scrap field, then there is a place for the Lawfuls to attack to "clear out" and then the Unlawfuls have somewhere to go besides Rochester, thus avoiding the drama that comes with attacking PoB's in New York. (for me and the Congress anyways)

The problem is that they cannot properly restock at that one.

EDIT: One idea I have would be to add a one-way Jumphole into the badlands that kicks you out of the Colorado Jumphole in NY.

There is a Rogue Destroyer in that dark matter cloud, which is close. Still, I get your point. That should be moved.

I mean the only option for them at this rate is either use Buffalo or the Scylla in the scrap fields cloud.

Alternatively I've suggested to Bill that LPI's No-Dock be extended to Rochester but that still isn't going to stop the drama

Skylla doesn't allow docking for gunboats or larger ships either.

This would be a Player Owned Base made to look like a rogue Dessy, anything could land on it

I guess that could work, maybe place it in the Detroit debris field so it's not too close to the Roach motel then ((Sun))

May I know the source was? Who provided you with the evidences and who cares so much about who docks and who flies around the Rochester?
