Hey ya,
almost everyone of you know, that unlawfuls have a x2.0 multiplier, that is kinda mee, since it takes around 4-5 mins (even longer, depends on the field) to fill someone up. Since the NPC factions have a x3.0 or even x4.0 multiplier, the unlawfuls are really underpowered.

My idea was, increase the multiplier for the unlawfuls to x3.0 or even x3.5 so even the unlawfuls can do some active mining.

Considering most unlawful IDs have an ID very close to a terrorist one (the only class they can't straight up engage being transports) and usually a full shipline all the way up to battleships (Corsairs, Outcasts) or at least cruisers, it'd be unfair towards lawful mining factions who don't have such benefits.

Aren't the places of profit aren't as great compared to lawfuls anyway?

If ore wouldn't be able to be stored on bases, I would personally be for such a buff.

I'm for it, but only for certain factions. There's some obvious Molly bias going on here and you're trying (poorly) to hide it for whatever reason. You shouldn't be. The Mollies are pissed off miners, and I'd have no issue with them getting a higher drop multiplier. Same goes for the Xenos and Hessians.

Yeah, this post is mostly about the bad mining bonus for mollys. Blod told me, that this is not the first time that this issue was raised.

Furthermore, even though I really like the Mollys, I think that it would not really be fair towards those "normal" mining factions. They are - let's be honest - really boring to play and their only advantage really is: fast mining.

Mollys, Hessians, and all those factions that now got mining bonuses... Sairs, OC, Order, Zoners, AI.... ... ... they have their nieche in the game. They have a job to do. And all of their jobs are more interesting than those of mining factions. So they would be "mining + X", while the mining factions are "mining only".

Therefore... sorry.
I understand where it is coming from, and 2,5 is not a great bonus, but the difference between your 2,5 and the 3,0 that mining factions have on some of their ore is not that massive.

I would rather see unlawful out doing trouble than sitting in a field and mining.
Irp they would have also poorer tech to mine with while the actual mining factions have better advanced tech.
