The minimum activity requirement by default is one hour per every three months. After two consecutive barely active (■) or inactive (■) months a member is considered Absent without Leave (AWOL). After three consecutive barely active (■) or inactive (■) months said member is declared Missing In Action (MIA) or is expelled (Expelled). After that such members are allowed to return with any of their previous characters by reapplying through the basic recruitment process and rejoin the faction at the lowest rank.
Members having difficulties with maintaining their activity and meet the requirements due to reasons related to the well-being of the mod, the server, and the community are given an advisory role (Advisor). Such members are allowed to stay barely active (■) or inactive (■) for five consecutive months. After six consecutive barely active (■) or inactive (■) months said member retires (Retired Advisor). After that such members are allowed to return with any of their previous characters by notification of intent and rejoin the faction at their former rank.
Members having difficulties with maintaining their activity and meet the requirements due to reasons related to real life events, activities, difficulties, can request authorized absence (On Leave). Such members are allowed to stay barely active (■) or inactive (■) for five consecutive months. After six consecutive barely active (■) or inactive (■) months said member retires (Retired). After that such members are allowed to return with any of their previous characters by notification of intent and rejoin the faction at one rank lower than their former rank.
